Michael E. Harter, CPA/CFP, PFS is the Operational Manager of RFM Financial Solutions, LLC. Mike is a certified public accountant (1987) and a certified financial planner (1990). A graduate of Central Michigan University (BSBA-1985), Mike also received a certificate in financial planning from Oakland University (1990). Mike is a frequent panel expert on PBS "Ask the Financial Planner" and "Ask the CPA" television shows and has hosted his own call in radio show.

Paul B. Murray, CPA/ABV received his bachelor`s degree in Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University in 1975 and has attended postgraduate courses at both SVSU and CMU. Paul received his CPA certification in 1976 and passed the first offered Accredited in Business Valuation exam in 1997 to receive his ABV designation. In addition to his firm management responsibilities, Paul has focused his efforts in tax planning for business and individuals, estate planning, business valuation and litigation support services. In addition to being a frequent panel expert on PBS "Ask the CPA" televison show, Paul is active with various civic, economic development, charitable and social organizations in the Mid-Michigan area.
Scot A. Smith, CPA is a graduate of Central Michigan University, where he received his degree with honors in 1982. He has practiced public accounting for over 22 years in both Texas and Michigan. Scot`s specialties include information technology, taxation and auto dealership consulting and manages the Midland, Michigan office. Scot is involved with several community activities in the Midland area.

Keith O. Frame, CPA is a graduate of Michigan State University and has over 20 years experience. Keith has extensive experience in corporate and individual tax planning and preparation, compilation and review services for variety of industries, personal computers & networking.
Lisa L. Castle, Firm Administrator - A Northwood University graduate and 8 year member of our team. Her main role in the firm is customer support, including: applications, transfers, trading, communication to clients regarding changes in the market, and preparing quarterly reports. She is involved with many horse associations as well as non-profit organizations.
